			17. THE SAINT APOSTLE PAUL He was a learned man, a pharisian and a rabbi. He was very cruel with those who believed in Jesus Christ, but while he was travelling to the city of Damas to kill Christians, Jesus Christ showed to him and from that very moment he believed in Jesus and became his apostle. He spread the Christian belief from Jerusalem to Rome, from Syria and little Asia to Greece, in Athens. He is supposed to have reached Spain, that's why he was called "the apostle of the peoples". He is the author of fourteen Epistles from the New Testament.
